Feedback sought from game fishing trade for EFTTEX 2008
A delegation from EFTTA will be attending the Fly Fishing Retailer (FFR) expo in the USA next month - to canvass opinion from the game fishing market on the best ways to attract more fly fishing buyers to EFTTEX.
The team will also be offering potential exhibitors a discount of 20% for EFTTEX stands under 160sqm and 25% discount for stands over 160sqm which are booked during FFR.
EFTTA will be at booth 966 at the Colorado Convention Centre, Denver, and the team will be available to speak to exhibitors and visitors about EFTTEX and clear up confusion in the trade that has been caused by the launch of a rival European tackle trade show.
Kate Scrafton, EFTTEX exhibition manager, said: "Even though EFTTEX 2007 was incredibly successful, we never want to rest on our laurels and we want to make next year's exhibition in Rome even more attractive to fly fishing buyers.
"So our team will welcome all feedback from exhibitors and visitors to FFR on what we can do to improve EFTTEX and suggestions on features that could be added to appeal directly to the game fishing market.
"As well as going with a great discount package for exhibitors we're looking forward to meeting existing EFTTA members and promoting the benefits of joining our association to potential new members."
EFTTEX 2008 - Europe's premier tackle trade exhibition - is already the fastest-selling show in the 27-year history of the event.
Some of the tackle industry’s biggest names have already confirmed their attendance in Rome next June 13th-15th, proving once again that EFTTEX is Europe’s only ‘must-attend’ tackle show.
Companies including Rapala, Shimano, Hardy & Greys and DAM-Svendsen are among the 146 exhibitors who have pledged to exhibit in Rome and have secured the largest stands.
The new modern and stylish Fiera di Roma venue in Rome is home to EFTTEX 2008 and has plenty of floor space to accommodate the largest fishing tackle trade show this side of the Atlantic.
