Charity appeals for old fishing tackle to help disabled

A charity that is setting up an angling club for disabled war veterans and disabled children in London is appealing for old fishing tackle.

Mark Kennedy, a trustee of the e20 Eastenders Fishing Trust, is looking for companies to make donations of fishing tackle to help get the club – situated next to the new Olympic Games stadium – off the ground.

Mark said: “We have set up a ‘Wall of Fame’ and any company, individual or organisation that helps us will get their name on it in recognition of their generosity.”

You can email Mark on e20eft@hotmail.co.uk or send any donation of tackle to the e20 Eastenders Fishing Trust, 5 Reynolds House, Approach Road, London, E2 9JR, England.
