Tuomo Leino is the Head of Sustainability at Rapala VMC Corporation. With a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Helsinki, he has worked full time with Rapala VMC since 2019 and joined its Global Management Team on 2024. He leads the company’s sustainability strategy, responsible sourcing, environmental performance and social impact initiatives—ensuring Rapala VMC integrates long-term stewardship into its global operations. Tuomo has been active within the Finnish fishing gear Producer Responsibility Organization and currently acts as head of its fishing gear section. He is an avid fisherman with passion for destination angling.
