Good news for angling fans! EFTTA is excited to be part of the very first national Festival de la Pêche in Nantes, happening from May 23rd to 25th, 2025, at La Beaujoire Exhibition Centre. This year's angling event is getting a whole new look—with more action, more brands, and a festival vibe that’s all about angling, fun, and community.
Organized by GIFAP (Groupement des industries et fabricants d’articles de pêche) and ExpoNantes, in partnership with the Fédération Nationale de la Pêche en France (FNPF) and the Confédération Mer & Liberté (CML), this inaugural national festival celebrates all things Recreational Angling. It's a “must-attend event for freshwater and saltwater angling fans—and for anyone curious to explore the world of recreational angling in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.”
The event brings the excitement outdoors with gear testing on the Erdre River, boat and kayak trials, fishing contests, a Saturday night concert, and plenty of good deals. And yes, the big names are back—Shimano, Daiwa, Rapala, Illex, Savage Gear, and more. You’ll also see top influencers, gear brands, and retailers like Pacific Pêche and Pecheur.com.
